FP 5.6 Windows Install

Has anyone had any difficulties with the installation of FP 5.6 for 
Windows - I downloaded, unzipped, etc., and when setup.exe is run, it 
crawls at an excessively slow pace and does not complete the install.

I am calling Support tomorrow, but wondered if anyone else had 
encountered the issue.
