On the contrary, it's useless in certain scenarios.  By default it only
sends 4 packets.  You can override this so that it sends an infinite
number.  However, the resultant display is entirely devoid of sequence
numbers:  USELESS.  At least on win2k.  Nope...just tested the laptop with
XP on it...still useless in that regard.  What kind of idiot writes ping
without planning to display the SEQs?
