Manual index rebuild syntax

Could someone post the correct command line syntax to rebuild an index from
scratch by defining the index, field, length, edit, etc. for use in a batch
script file.  I know I have seen it before but cannot locate it in the help
file, FPTECH manual, and the on-line manual.  Thank you,
