Help files in Windows

Gary -

After you have created the file in either notepad or wordpad, save 
and close the file.  Then find the file, right clikc and you will get 
a drop-down menu - one of the choices is "rename".  Rename the file 
as "help" with no extension.  Press enter to save and ignore the 
warning message that you have offended the Microsoft Gods.  I think 
that will work.
