Need help with old Raid array

I would be concerned.  Since you have RAID 5, for Netware to see
any corruption at all, you would need either have two (or more)
drives to fail simultaneously, or to have a controller failure
(possibly cache memory on the 3200).

I'd run CPQONLIN on the server--this will report the health status
of the controller and the array.
