fp fpweb and environment vars

I shouldn't be responding to this because I don't know anything about fpweb,
but it being the weekend I don't think you're going to get much response,
so... Let's see. If you are running filePro itself as in *clerk or *report,
I don't see what any external program could do to inhibit the
getenv() function from working properly. Got an example of the code?
