Is it just me, or did Walter Vaughan say:

I've seen someone specify UTF-8 for their XML encodings that are used with
filePro.  Technically I think it should be iso-8859-1 or something similar.
Unless there's something about fP of which I'm not aware on this front,
multi-byte characters aren't actually handled, are they?
