I doubt you will find *any* filePro developer who will tell you that running 
filePro on a MS-Windows server is more rugged than running it under a Unix or 
Unix-like server operating system with as many users as you have. Or if money is 
burning a whole in your pockets, run the whole thing with Windows Terminal Services.

Look at the number of systems to user ratios for Windows vs. Unix like OS's.

Even if you don't have any in-house expertise outside of Windows, you really 
need to look at something else. I happen to prefer FreeBSD, but it's mostly a 
Ford/Chevy/Dodge preference vs. running your enterprise on a VW-Beetle.
