Unless I made an error in my testing, it looks like
you can't sort by an associated field in sort/select
processing anyway... at least not without doing
something extra.
When I use Sort1=A0 in the -v processing table I only
get a given record once even if there are 3 instances
of data for a given record.
However, if I use the -i flag on dreport and supply an
input index built on the associated field, then the
record will be included multiple times.
Also, I know that if a0 is specified on the report
sort screen itself, then it will also appear multiple
times.
