export from filepro to an excel file

Then flip the problem around. Have your spreadsheet request the information for 
preformatted cells rather than pushing the data.

I can think of half a dozen ways to do it. What'll be easiest/cheapest is 
another story. Heck for all I know one of Mark's onegate type programs could work.
