OT: obscene message sizes and idiocy - a solution!

Sure.  Except I'm not sure exim does it, and even if it does, I don't have
access to my ISP's MTA.  :)

And does that smail trick let you make exceptions?  Doubtful.  I can put
addresses above my size-drop rule that let someone I trust send me large
attachments if they need to.  Yours would -appear- to be a generic drop
rule with no exceptions.
