Given that Bluetooth headsets are available today that are small
enough to not even be seen until you're close up, I would think that
the technology for an audio-only Dick Tracy communicator already
exists.  Simply place the Bluetooth headset into something that
looks like a wristwatch.  True, you'll still need a cell phone
on your hip, but that'll change soon enough.
