Converting old file pro processing tables

A slight glitch that I came upon....the script ran for a good while, 
until it got to a processing table that had a lookup to a file w/ a 
non-existant map file.  I'm not checking the syntax or anything so other 
mistakes in the processing table don't pop up, but the 'No or invalid 
map' message pops up as soon as 'esc''esc' is pressed, is there anyway 
for me to bypass this error via enviornment variables or a cabe 
argument?  it's not really a concern for me if the processing tables 
have invalid lookups or syntax errors.
