You might have a look at John Esak's "FilePro Survivor Series" Cd's.

Goto www.valar.com/training and have a look.

They are "movies" of filePro programming with a narrative of what's
going on. I think there are samples you can play on the website.
It's good as you can play it again and go at your own pace.

Readers of this list that have the cd's can certainly chime in here
with their firsthand opinions.
