Financing filePro (was: Desperate ...)

No, Ken. You are quite wrong. I specifically addressed my "Plea" to both
this list and "filepro at fptech.com", the address we were and always have been
given to send things directly to the FP Tech management team. Am I wrong
about this address?

Incidentally, again, I asked for NO business plan, no hidden or secret or
proprietary stuff. I did not want to infringe on anything about the company
that does not belong on this list... which is almost everything. However, a
prioritzed wish list, and an idea of what a character-based dbms, filePro,
can and will do in the future was the request. Yes, it will help all of us,
but my thought, once again, is that it will help FP Tech a lot more. It's
not a lot to ask... ASSuming that the wish list *actually* has been
prioritized, this should be a pretty simple task, putting it up here. It is
certainly not proprietary. We all wrote it and can see it at will. Hoever,
we can't see it with FP Tech's eyes, what will work, what can work? How it
is viewed in order of importance to the general community. I'm sure you can
see the wish list is useless if you don't massage it and prioritize it for
value vs difficulty of implementation. If we don't ever see this back from
FP Tech, then the whole 2 year exercise was very, very useless.

As for the possibilities for filePro as the leading, maybe only
character-based tool in the future... seeing a description from you (FP
Tech) of what that means, both possible and projected would be plain
fantastic. Seriously, how *else* do you (FP Tech) anyone to make a good
decision on whether to purchase the upgrade or not?

P.S. - I pretty much stopped reading this thread myself just shortly after
it strated, when it went so far afield from my original request for these
two items.
