I agree, we are all entitled ...

Another thing that troubles me is that has not been mentioned
is the lack of resources. If you are not an experienced filePro
programmer, this is your "basket". If you cannot find a
solution here, good luck!

The "room", well, if you ever piss John (as I have), you are not
welcome there - In other words, kiss up, put up, shut-up and you
shall be accepted.

Oh, God forbid if you offend one of the high ranking officials
in the list, your rear end is black listed and you start to get
all sorts of funny messages from funny people.

Books, what books? STN reference guide ... well, lets not go
there, they have made a great effort.

Even if you try to outsource some of your filePro work, you are
limited to the same 6 to 8 individuals (and we criticize Microsoft
for running a monopoly).

The main problem facing filePro is the company behind it, fpTech;
they simply lack resources. Ken, God bless his soul, has done
great things for this application. I am sure he could double or
triple his pay if he left fpTech - So, I sense that is not about
the money for him, it is that sense of pride that drives every
programmer. This pride, when a programmer is also a "Company"
can drive your business to the ground and why it is important to
keep an open mind.
