PFALLOWFOOTSHOOTING=ON covers a lot of things.  :-)

True.  But there's also "won't need it again at all", and "won't need it
again for a while".  The "won't need it again at all" situation, such as
getting company info from a control file during startup is a pretty clear
case of "close it".
