I disagree.   "eq" and "chr()" are simply doing their normal filePro jobs.
In fact this can be a bit useful when testing for a letter keystroke.

And I do not think that the chr() function is "fouled," although I think
chr() would be much more useful if it were enhanced to compare with case
sensitivity.
