To simplify, look at it this way:
You have 4 breaks, defined from left to right on your
output format as follows:
Break4, Break3, break2, break1
You are only printing on break1, and the result is
that it prints this break twice - One total for the
two records that have "A" as a break 3 value and one
total for the One record that has "B" for the break 3
value.
What I am saying is that this is as should be
expected. Any time any of your values for breaks 1
through 4 change you will get a new line printed for
break1.
