Sue,

	I just wanted to publicly thank you for your 20+ years
of outstanding service. You have dealt with every type of
customer with every type of problem imaginable and done it
with the calmness, diplomacy and poise of the Queen Mother.
I don't know how you have done it for so long. Anyone else
would have told the irate and the clueless to "go buy a
copy of Access & stop making me crazy" at least once or
twice in that time.

	My hat is off to you. You are a class act. I only
hope that your new employer appreciates you at least half
as much as we do (is your new desk on a pedestal?). I doubt
that they are paying you what you are worth, because you
border on priceless. I wish you the best of luck with your
new job and I hope that you visit our quirky little mailing
list from time to time.
