I definitely agree, the problem is I'm in a situation where I really need to
do a platform change now (at the cost of $1600), right before 5.6 is
supposed to be released.  I doubt I will get any kind of break because I
recently "upgraded".

I could understand the pricing if I were getting new features or something,
but I am simply changing operating systems.
