The problem was that a lot of it was untrue, came with attitude, and
continued with the attitude of "it's true because I say it's true"
even when shown that the statements were, in fact, false.
I, personally, have no entries in my killfile for any "real" people.
(I do filter some non-US TLDs simply because I know no one with such
an e-mail address, and have no reason to believe that any legitimate
e-mails may come from there, while I do know that I used to get spam
supposedly from such addresses.) Whether others wish to killfile
someone is a matter of personal taste.

Well, you'll have to explain why you feel it "has no value to [your]
users" before anything can be "corrected".
