tokenization table to small error

I have put both -t 128000 and -ty 128000 in my menu.
I have also set 
PFTOK=200000
PFAUTOK=200000
PFFORMTOK=200000

I am still getting the error. 
Could I have messed something in the instal?

Laura I did check your reference book and also
Stuart's to find a way out of this.
