When the new style indexes were in beta, Ken had several
"late nights" fixing bugs into the wee hours. Then there was
a problem with a customer in Austrailia. (This was dial-up days -
no internet connection. If you wanted to log into a computer
down under, you had your modem dial into it....) When all
of the issues were fixed, I understand that the phone bill
was more than it would have cost to send Ken there and back.

I don't have a problem with someone talking about something
that they don't have a clue about. It was the calling Ken "lazy"
and implying that fP Tech was doing something dishonest that set
me off..... (fP Tech may be understaffed, underfunded, and
appeared to the untrained eye as one massive cluster-f*ck
but they have never screwed over customers for financial
gain). You have a bunch of good people doing the best they
can with what they got, and usually pulling it off when the
rest of the world would just say "Nope, it can't be done." and
walk away.
