I came across a webpage Jeremy Anderson put up regarding filePro. It does seem that he has a thing against filePro in that he spends as much time as he does publishing against it. But it could be the frustration of having to go throught the process of redoing someone's filePro database that gets his dander up.

He has some valid points about it on his page namely that certain aspects of filePro make it inherently difficult to do collaborative programming and the spaghetti code that is necessitated by a lack of a While-Do command.

Both the While-Do and the ability to call functions with stated parameters (as opposed to defining global variables in a separate file) would make collaborative efforts much easier to do and the programs much easier to construct and read.

Some of his other complaints are a bit dated and have already been resolved.
