PFPOSTPRINT printing double to number of labels requested

I installed Print Wizard v3.0 & fP v5.6.03 at a site last week.  When I
request bar-code labels (*clerk using @KEY processing)) PW takes whatever
number of labels I request and doubles it.  I've checked the file I print to
(via the fP PFPOSTPRINT command) and the data is only in the file once.
Plus, if I manually have PW process that file it only prints once (v3.0).
Yet if I have my fP application print it automatically it doubles the #
requested.  If I change my PFPOSTPRINT command to open a NOTEPAD file
instead of starting Print Wizard it only opens NOTEPAD once.

I've also changed my application to print from my USB drive using an older
copy of Print Wizard (v2.5P)and then it prints the requested # of labels.

Bob Rasmussen asked me to create a log file and send it to him which is
below.  The log shows two entries where PW is printing the file.  Bob feels
PFPOSTPRINT is sending the job twice.  He says the critical piece is that,
as PW3 shows you in its debug, the command line contains the name of the
data file twice. I've already explained that PW2.5 didn't respond to that
fact.  Can anyone shed any advice on this?  My fP table follows the log.
