Well, given that none of the settings in the config file have anything to do
with RTF, you must have something in the environment.

As previously asked, what are the PF* environment variables that are set?

Also, do you have any "-p*" command line flags?

I have no -p flags in use. For the moment I am trying to print from the
dpromenu either a report of a print process.

There is something wrong with the fulldev file, I have enclosed it here. But
I have also fixed it, also enclosed  and with out reference to RTF nothing
happens.

**** Now I have it working. I needed to remove all references to RPT and use
the destination as "\\computer_name\printer_sharename. The photo printer is
supposed to only work in Windows so it is not a problem here. Thanks
