That would be interesting. We periodially have a ``Stupid Vi Tricks''
session at the Seattle Unix Group meetings.
Probably the best book on vi and other *nix tools is ``Unix Text
Processing'' by Dogherty and O'Reilly. I think this is out of print now,
but is available as a PDF, downloadable for free from O'Reilly publishing.
