I am running both 5.0 and 5.6 on my office system, server running Windows
Server 2003 all attached workstations are either Windows Xp or Windows 2000
Prof.

I have 4 drives in the server, the filepro executables are installed on a
9GB drive, all of my development files, for my clients and myself are on a
separate 16GB drive. I have no problem. With either 5.0, odbc 1.0.13 or
5.6.

All of my clients are running in similar environments and are not having any
problems.

As John Esak asked, are the fp executables running from the server?

Where have you set - set PFNODF=ON, in a startup batch file or the fp
configuration file?

I have run a locally installed version of 5.0.14 on my workstation on a
200GB drive with no problems.

A copy of your startup file and your configuration file might be helpful in
tracking down you problems.
