To Ron and all on this list who helped me,
I want to thanks all for the information that was sent to me. I
appreciate the help. This is one of the main reason I like Filepro so
much.
FP tech did contact me without me calling them thanks to Ron forwarding
my email. It was a network issue and not Filepro. It was the way my IT
department maps drives. All appears to be working thanks to tech
support.

They are pretty lenient with support charges in cases like this. They
usually count the support as starting from the point at which you
installed the software. There have been some customers who sometimes
don't even download the software within the 30 day period. You should
give them a call I'm sure they will be understanding.
