What sucks about this is that many readers of this list are probably capable of 
writing a table that perfectly emulates the functionality of the hard wired 
selection set. What is lacking is an infinite amount of time to toss at the 
problem. It's the old "you can write around any problem in filePro" problem.

So it either
1) wait for this to become a feature in fp 6.x.xx available in 2010's.
2) someone writes a perfect replacement table and documents how to use it so 
that users don't know they are using a library rather than the hard coded 
version... then you can add in all the logging features to your heart's content.
