I am going to guess that you didn't put double-quotes around
the row and column numbers, so filePro is using the contents of
fields 10 and 30 for the positions.
Try this:
input ("10","30") dt(10,mdyy/) "Beginning Invoice Date (mm/dd/yyyy)"
