Oh no, I know you don't want to hear this... but I can't help telling you.
About two weeks ago, I was at Nexus and I threw away about 3 dozen of these
things. I'll check, but I'm pretty certain I got them all. :-(  Sorry.  I
did keep 1 or two Daisy Wheel print wheels just for posterity (when he comes
around...) which you could have for free if you want them. Send me a USPS
address. I'll send them out.
