I can't vouch for server 2000 but I have a client using terminal server on
Server2003 and WinXP pro using Remote Desktop over a Sprint connection at about
30KB and tells me it is running almost as fast as if he were in the office.
You can connect the local drives & printer by using the options-local resources.
