Index problem

Client and I using 5.0.14 on Windows xp

She sent me her key files to research a programming problem.

Rebuilt indexes on receipt of her data from a batch menu file.

Nothing was changed on her side, but she is getting index.a errors when accessing the two main detail files.

Had her use the same menu batch file to rebuild her indexes. Still an error.

Had her rebuild also from index maint and still does not work.

Cannot figure out why everything works on my side and not on hers.

Any ideas. ??
