What is your problem?
How can you blather such inexcusable unfounded assumptions and plain lies
and sleazy personal attacks in the same breath while claiming moral high
ground?
As it happens, I was right on both counts. Both issues turned out not to be
merely black or white and so what I said was perfectly true, and yet, not at
other times and/or under other situations.
The @done variables thing was bug that existed at the time I wrote the
tables I was talking about, but no longer exists in 5.0.14.
I very certainly did test it, just not _recently_.
The carriage-return on a form thing would do exactly as I guessed if the
printer happened to have a certain, common option set in it.
And in any event, that comment was just a comment, a light remark with no
intended weight behind it. More in the nature of a question.
I thank you for keeping me from second guessing myself when it comes to my
eventual estimation of you.
I think you just don't have enough people around you with their own strong
personalities and so everyone is always too dazzled by your charisma and
brilliance to hold you accountable for the things you say.
