| Good point, actually. Just hearing about it makes me want to shudder. It
| brings to mind a bit from "Waiting for God" where the senile vicar baptises
| a kid "Ugly Baby Bastard Joe". Remember watching that one, Bob?
No, I missed that one, though it's my #2 favorite of the British
Comedies - my favorite being As Time Goes By, which sorta reminds
me of me and Nada, and Judy Dench is one of my favorite actresses
(and Jeffrey Palmer is a perfect foil for her).
| Maybe we should just slap that label on SCO 6 and have done. *grin*
No, I'm getting to quite like it. Its filesystem is so much
faster. Executing 'find / -name foo' finishes so much quicker
than on OSR 5 in spite of the much larger number of directories
and files. Also, /bin and /usr/bin are identical and the latest
KornShell (ksh93) is available.
I think after MP2 is released later this year it may well be
ready for prime time.
Bob
PS - I think Ron Kratch put up on this list the URL of the doc
I referred to earlier in this post.
