One nit: NHTSA decided that the Audi incident -- you know, the thing
responsible for causing the auto industry to spend an extra $150M of
our money on interlocks? -- *was the fault of the driver*.  Her foot
slipped, she didn't want to admit it and take the brunt of the
accident, she lied to everyone for years.
