OT: broken/useless ansi - console driver??

I agree with you 100% SCO has been pretty good at maintaining
backwards compatibity for a long time, but - even since this is
a major point release - since they still call it OpenSever it
shouldn't break things that ran OK on previous version of it.
They blew it this time in the ways you've described.
