Read Only Files

Thanks, Ken and Ryan.  That worked!  I do have one other question which really doesn't deserve your time; however, I'm sure it's a quick answer:
Now, when I click on my Filepro Icon and press any number or letter ("B" Inquire, Update, Add), it won't activate my file until I place a blank CD in my D: drive..........  I'm sure there's an easy fix for this - can you tell me what it is?
