| It seems evil to me for Microsoft to be charging money to remove things
| that their poor systems design makes possible.

I'm pretty happy with Windows XP Professional on my IBM ThinkPad.

The only email it gets is bounced to it (using Thunderbird) from my
SCO OSR 6 system. which uses smail and mutt.

Bob

PS - My bitch with Microsoft is the Registry thingie.

Did that come frome CP/M or where?

When Bill Gates snoockered IBM into letting him provide the
software for their first PC's (and to keep the ownership of
it), that's where the problem began.
