DOS printing from FP menu

And I believe that Windows now knows enough to queue the file, rather
than send it straight to the device.  I use this command all the time
when printing static documents.  I send the output to a file, and then
whenever I need to print it, I don't need to start Word/Acrobat/whatever,
and simply "copy /b filename \\server\printer" instead.  The file does
show up in the printer's queue.
