Can't access file

Are you using dclerk or rclerk?  What version of
dclerk/rclerk and dxmaint are you using?  

I have seen cases where the error message is less than
100% correct.  There may be a different error, but
filepro is reporting it as an invalid index.  

Do you still get the error if you load clerk without
automatic processing?  Also try it without input
processing.  If it turns out to be processing related,
then I would you suggest that you use dclerk and the
debugger to find out exactly where it is failing.

If it is rclerk, then is she running with a different
set of tok files?
