No, you kind of misinterprted the note. Sure we sent out a letter to our
seven or eight hundred customers. We have to do this to keep our position
"legal" when we send out invoices past the date of price increase.... but
don't infer that this is the only method of communicating this increase we
use. We certainly are in touch directly with our most important, most
current, most valued customers. It would be just as you say very
disrespectful to mail an increase letterto a client who you talk with every
day... or one that buys hundreds of thousands of dollars worth of product
from you each year. That's just unthinkable. Wouldn't happen here.
