It will never happen.  Setting the Reply-To: the list is evil.  I've seen
far too many cases where somebody meant to reply to the real sender
privately, the message went to a list, and there was embarrassment all
around.  IHMO, posting messages that go to a few hundred people should
require a tiny bit of extra effort and thought.

Decent mailers have provisions to reply to mailing lists (with mutt, it's
just press ``L'' to reply to the list).
