This has been brought up before. Google for "reply to list considered
harmful" (without quotes) for some reasons why not to do this.

This, combined with auto-replies, such as "out of office" messages,
can wreak havoc on mailing lists. Imagine two people with "out of
office" auto-acks and "reply-to" set to the list, and what flood
would ensue when someone posted to the list.
