I don't know, but is this important?. I ask is this in the spirit of
"could someone die if this is not done?". If so, then money should not
be an objection to get this done.
What you are wanting is basically what Powerpoint does with "Presenter
View" dual monitor support. While OpenOffice currently does not support
dual monitors that you might be able to "borrow" some source code
from, there is an application that might have code that could be lifted
from that does send bitmaps to a second monitor...

I bet for a reasonable amount of money you could build something with an
embedded ssh-terminal in one window and the images in the other. Heck, I
bet Bob R at Anzio could build some version that would work. Shoot, I
can see a reasonable percentage of AnzioWin type clients that would
benefit greatly from a dual screen (5%) to dual window (more like 15%)
versions.
