Dear Mr. Tax Commissioner:
Congratulations on your recent court victory concerning taxation of out-
of-state telecommuters. As a New Yorker who has telecommuted for an
out-of-state company for the past 10 years, I am pleased to learn that I
do not owe New York any income tax on my salary for these years. Please
return all such taxes erroneously paid and collected for the past 10
years post-haste.
