Dummy Variables in browse screens?

 From the browse option at the bottom of the filePro update screen, you 
have no programming control.

If you put an @keyB in your programming table and put the sample I send 
in that routine, it will work.

If you want them to be able to change the browse format you can use a 
saved browse format instead of the one layed out in the wizard.

Create the browse in the file you will look at with the browse save it 
with a name then just put

lookup file=filename k=ky i=a -nx b=default

where default is the browse name.  It is not placed in parens.

You lose some of the other browse functions but you make the layout user 
controlled.

Is that what you were looking for?  It will not allow dummy fields on 
the browse lines in that form.
