Yes, well...I've noticed that even with Mutt we have to be careful.
There's a way that Send-followup-to: gets set to both the list member -and-
the mailing list, and a list reply ('L') ends up hitting both unless you
manually remove one.
I know I tracked this down at one point, but Reply-to isn't the only header
with which to be concerned.
